So ironic......On my most recent bill noticed MTS has a new slogan.

"MTS We're with you"

Not sure they will be if BCE gets their way.

Weird... I never noticed it yet on mine or my moms bill. Perhaps it's being done in batches. Yes that "we're with you" has been the slogan since February.

They keep saying combined operations so that's got me thinking if current Bell Mobility customers in the province will be known as "Bell MTS"

I just heard the first radio ad for "Bell MTS Better together, better for Manitobans". Looks like we will start seeing commercials for it now too.

Because if you say it often enough, it must be true.

“If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed.” Roger Goodell and the NFL does this, it works really well!

War on TV piracy: Are cable companies fighting the right battle? - Business - CBC News
Quote:
Brent Beach

Telecom in Canada - Bell, Rogers, Shaw, ... - form a predatory oligopoly that extracts abusive fees from citizens.
It is way past time for the government to stop supporting these companies and open the market until there is some real competition.
The CRTC worries more about the companies than the customers.

The tech analyst adds that cable companies won't explore new business models until the old one starts losing money.
Hear that guys, they don't care about being innovative. They just care about money. They're stymieing innovation. The government needs to step in. This is getting ridiculous.

Just trying to remove that damn setup progress bar.
