Need help with MTS Email Problem
Hi. I'm new. Wondering if anyone could shed some light on an email issue I'm having.
I've had a Shaw email address for many years. When I moved out of my old place, I decided to go with MTS. My Shaw email address is still active though.
I didn't want the hassle of changing my email address so for years I've sent and received my Shaw email using the MTS outgoing server.
(I use Mac Mail and my incoming server is pop.shaw.ca. My outgoing server is smtp.live.com)
Have never had any problems until recently. Now, every email I send is magically from my MTS account ('email@example.com). It was always from my 'firstname.lastname@example.org address.
I haven't changed a thing. Anyone have any thoughts as to what's happened? Really appreciate any feedback.
