Free preview until October 31? Doesn't Shaw have a free preview until December 1? Why the difference?

It sounds like Shaw was able to negotiate an extra month of free service from TSN. Maybe it was because they had more "clout", they probably negotiated cable and satellite at the same time and have subscribers outside Manitoba.

No sign of the channel yet... do we need to order it to get the "free" preview? I really want to watch the game tonight!

If channel 168 and 480 aren't in the guide for Ultimate TV, just reboot your PVR and STBs.

There is a Free Preview starting September 20 until October 31 to start the season so MTS TV customers do not yet have to take any action to get TSN Jets.

It's there now... but guide info is not updated - programmed in 4 hour blocks. I hope that changes so we can record games more easily!

For now you can just use manual recording. Set your custom start and finish times.

There were maybe two or three "digital artifacts" with a one-second drop on the HD feed, but other than that it was fine. I used to get worse with Shaw on any channel, so I didn't mind in the long run...

My thoughts exactly. There were no "issues" to speak of.
