Ah, good news. Must have missed it when I was checking out the HD channel line up - not a subscriber to the HD package yet.

Re - Sportsnet One, here is the reply from MTS. Not very encouraging given that it sounds like it wasn't already on their list of potential new channels.

Thank you for your email.

I have informed our Marketing Department of your expressed interest
for Rogers Sportsnet One. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a time
frame as to when and if it will be available. We will add Rogers
Sportsnet One to our list for future consideration.

City TV HD Winnipeg added

I noticed channel 417 City TV HD Winnipeg in the guide. It should be included in the Free HD theme, but MTS hasn't changed the web site yet.

Edit: It will be on channel 450

The Weather Network HD isn't live yet. The guide was updated Monday. A post on the TWN Facebook page says Cogeco may be a week or 2 - no mention of MTS.

It looks like MTS is ready to go as soon as they get an HD signal from TWN.

Rogers Sportsnet One has been added and is live as of this morning - Channel 187. I don't know what theme group it is in as the web page doesn't have any info up on it yet. Also not sure if it also on the HD side.

The Weather Network HD is still not up on channel 450, even through it says on channel 16 that it's available. What's going on?

Space HD?

Space Channel is promoting its new HD channel. Wikipedia says it's just available on Bell so far.
Any info, anyone?

I saw that The Weather Network HD and Family HD channels are now completely gone from the guide and MTS website.

We should be getting a rate reduction or they should put the HD packages back to the way they were before they announced these channels!

HD Weather Station update from MTS

This is the reply I received from MTS yesterday when I inquired about the status of the HD Weather Station 450.

[email protected] to me

Thank you for your email.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, The Weather Network HD (channel 450)
and Family Channel HD (channel 452) on Ultimate TV have been delayed
until the end of 2011. We will be working to launch these channels
later this year.

Uh, refund? Didn't they shuffle all the HD packages for these two?
