Unhappy Need help with Mts Tv

Hi i really need help with my MTS TV and when i phoned, its closed til tomorrow. I have the new HD service but on my main TV I cannot get a picture from any of the channels. The Guide comes up with the program and program info but there is no picture what so ever for any channel. The other two Tv's in the house work fine. I know this must be something minor but cannot figure out. It was working fine a few hours ago. My young one might have touched something. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try unplugging it and plugging the PVR in again.
It will take a while to reboot. I had a similar issue once and that resolved it.
Good luck, and happy new year.

The box rarely needs a reset, but that should always be Step #1 of any troubleshooting for the future.

Enjoy MTS TV!

I've had the same problem, but my cords are all tucked away and not easily accessible. For those who have the same issue, use your remote and go to Menu --> Settings --> Restart System.

Same result, no having to dig out cords...!
