Yeah, in Ontario, Bell offers a whole-home WiFi, it's just a mesh product.

Here is the thread describing the Bell product: "Initially available to qualifying customers in Ontario and Québec, and soon in Atlantic Canada and Manitoba."

Rogers is launching their wifi mesh in NB. Hopefully this pushes Bell to bring theirs here
