Question Apartment Condo Set Up?

I'm just curious as to those that live in Apartment/Condo(Building style) how is Fibe TV/Internet set Up for usage?

HUB 3000 or which model you have set up in the Condo/APT? or is it in Bell Room?

Our building units have access to Bell Fibe, Bell Sat, Rogers and Shaw Sat. We have the 3000 modem. Staying with Bell sat as we own all the equipment. We only subscribe to the starter package and stream most of our programs with Firestick.
