@kibosh , I just checked with my brother and he tells me that he's seeing the new features on both his iPad and iPhone. He also had to turn on the "streaming over mobile network" option in the app in order for it to work on his iPhone over the LTE network. Otherwise, perhaps you can try to remove and then reinstall the app.

Haha . . . I am not seeing it on either my iPad or iPhone. Tried removing and reinstalling which made no difference. Very odd. Maybe it is rolling out gradually?

That does seem odd. Hopefully another Apple user will chime in with some advice or additional suggestions.

Same here, I have no access to my recordings on iPad and iPhone.
Apple TV4 has not been updated either.

Could this possibly be related to the iOS version?

I am running the current version of iOS. I contacted bell support and they told me you cannot watch recordings on your phone or tablet . . . of course that doesn't mean much.

Finally I got it to work on all my devices but it is not consistan. Sometimes I could play recorded shows but most often I could not.
Apple tv4 works sometimes as well. Looks like Bell still has some bugs to work out.

Did you do anything in particular? No matter what I do it doesn't show up. On the Apple TV it still says "Coming soon" for me. If it just appeared for you that leads me to my original thought that they are rolling it out gradually to users.

So far what I have noticed is that I can play recorded shows that I just recorded. Anything that I recorded previously even from yesterday I can not play.

I contacted Bell direct support on another forum which will go nameless He told me he had the ability to view recordings but was part of the beta. He mentioned that some other people may have also been selected for it. He says that it will roll out to the public tomorrow! We will see.

So what city, location are you in?

Are you connected by FTTN or FTTH?
