Outage on Saturday night?
Did anyone else have an outage on Saturday night? My non-pvr receiver would not connect even after a reset. I then reset the modem and both the pvr and non-pvr receivers and was unable to reconnect.
Phone and internet were unaffected, and the modem indicated that both the tv and data VLANs were connected. I tried the Bell TV app on my Android tablet, also did not work.
I could not get through to the call centre - there was a message saying that the internet and voice to the call centres was experiencing issues. Even the online chat appeared unavailable. Total down time was about 2 hours.
FTR, I am in Toronto in the St. Clair/Bathurst area.
