Which Fibe PVR box do you have?

That will help narrow down which code set to try.

@SamyBoyz as I mentioned previously, AT&T U-verse and Fibe TV use the same hardware, so you can try that code if there is one. Arris/Motorola make a lot of STBs with different remote codes, including Cable TV STBs, so I'm not surprised it didn't work.

It doesn't matter which Fibe TV STB you have since they all use the same remote codes.

I have been using Niles Remote extender network for years. They are bullet proof and provide flexible configurations. Nothin visible. Everything is hidden.

I ended up returning the Aqua remote from Evervue as even with the new codes for Fibe i still had no luck programming the bloody thing. Nearly 1 year of not using my bathroom tv, i got the next generation remote control extender which works like a charm...only problem now is not to drop the five or illico remote into the bath lol unless someone can point me to a waterproof remote that works with illico..then i'm %100 set

Glad to hear you got it working. Thanks for letting us know what the solution was.

Put the regular remote in a clear plastic bag? I assume you're not going to be using it for hours, unless you're a Golgafrincham captain.

Hopefully I found this thread while searching for a IR repeater for my Bell Fibe VIP2262 PVR receiver... the reason I want a IR repeater is because the factory IR is so poor on this receiver compared to my old Bell ExpressVU PVR... I need to point precisely on the VIP2262 to get the remote to work.

After reading that the Bell Fibe remote operate on 60 KHZ IR, I found that MONOPRICE IR repeater (17$ USD + shipping) is supporting the 60 GHZ band and based on a few customer's reviews, it appear that it work flawlessly with the Bell Fibe Receivers/PVRs.

Unfortunately Monoprice IR is currently OUT-OF-STOCK... damn! :-(

Bell Fibe TV VIP2502 use philipps RC-MM protocol.

You need a repeater who are compatible with it.
