Telus Optik TV Official Channel Announcement Thread

In order to de-clutter the Channel Discussion threads from previous years, only post here if a new channel announcement or old channel deletion has been:

1. Posted on the Telus website, Facebook page or Twitter feed or on their forums.
2. Been announced through a Press release.
3. Shows up on the dial.
4. Or if a statement is issued on your bill.

All commenting and discussions need to be made in the Telus Channel Discussion Thread:

NETFLIX is now available on Telus Optik.

It showed up on Channel 422 on my box. It is also available as one of the TV Apps. (Note, I'm in Calgary).

Telus has added an app for the National Film Board (NFB). Channel 452 and 738 goes to it. It uses Internet data though, so like the Netflix app, it will only work if you have Internet with Telus.

It appears that when the old Disney XD rebranded as Family CHRGD, Telus moved the two channels to 618 and 619. It appears the new Disney Junior is going to be on 602. I'm assuming Famly Jr. has moved to a new location. Does anyone know which channel it is on?

I see no apparent reason for these changes, so I'm wondering what they're making space for.
