Shaw Direct Online Web Site troubles
For a few weeks now, whenever I try to log into my account, I see this: “Please wait while we retrieve your account information”, at which point, I just get a spinning circle and never get access to my account. Yes, I have updated my personal info, I.D., password, etc.
Anyone else having trouble logging in? I’m using Windows 10, with Interet Explorer. What browser are people using to log in successfully?
