Well, if they charged you for installation and didn't give you the "low price" they agreed to give you, you should call them or go on the chat. I prefer calling over the chat, but maybe that's just me. Did you speak to someone when you got the deal? If so, did you get the agent #? If not, they should have a record of your call regardless.
If you are questioning your first Shaw Direct bill, perhaps the fees are actually a charge for 1 month in advance of actual charges plus current month and maybe retroactive charges for the days of use prior to your billing date.
