Shaw direct transaction fees

Just look at my post installation bill. Seeing what looks like fees that are very high for something that is not explained that being transaction fees.

What deal did you make with them relative to what you were charged? Sometimes the "deal" comes from programming credits...

hoping they still give me more credits but the deal was for a low price that included installation plus the programming fees. No mention of this crazy high transaction fees.

Well, if they charged you for installation and didn't give you the "low price" they agreed to give you, you should call them or go on the chat. I prefer calling over the chat, but maybe that's just me. Did you speak to someone when you got the deal? If so, did you get the agent #? If not, they should have a record of your call regardless.

did all that......bill has not been altered yet but they say it may take a few days. Was just wondering if anyone else encountered this. A bit worrisome.

I don't see it. Was it an attachment or link?

If you are questioning your first Shaw Direct bill, perhaps the fees are actually a charge for 1 month in advance of actual charges plus current month and maybe retroactive charges for the days of use prior to your billing date.
