Aspect ratio changing on HDDSR 605 guide HD to SD.

Hey guys,

I have an annoying issue that is only happening on one of my TV's/Receivers in the house.
I have an HDDSR 605 receiver which is connected to a 1080P 23" Toshiba TV via HDMI.

The annoyance is that the guide and the channel both change from 1080i 16:9 to 1080i 4:3 when changing the channel from HD to SD with a "no video" message and a noticeable pause.
On all of my other TV/receiver locations the guide is a constant 16:9 no matter what the channel is on (HD or SD), and no pause exists when changing between HD/SD channels.
I have gone through all of the settings on both TV and Receiver, but I can't seem to fix this.

My video settings for receiver are:
-Output 1080i
-SD aspect Stretch
-TV type HDTV small

My video settings for TV are:
-Auto aspect: On
-4:3 stretch: On

Any ideas?

Thanks!

On your TV did you try changing the aspect ratio to 16x9 and I would also try turning the auto aspect off Sounds to me like it is choosing non HD stuff to be shown in the 4:3 ratio...just a suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I changed both to Off and that appears to have fixed it.

Thanks!
