Question Western Movie Packages on one receiver?

My buddy has the same SD package I have, we are located in Eastern side of Canada, and he said that on only one of his 630 receivers, he is getting the western movie package including HBO's and 3 Movie Central channel... his other 2 receivers (630 and 605) show these channels as unsubscribed?... I am not crazy, does this make sense or a glitch

thanks

Get him to unplug his receivers that don't get the channels, wait 10 seconds and plug them back in.

If not, he have to contact Shaw Direct and get them to rehit the boxes.

I wonder if he recently received a refurbished replacement receiver, that was last used by a Western based SD customer?

If so, it could still be programmed to the previous account which may or may not be a bad thing?

If it were me, I wouldn't call anyone and would record every possible minute of every show on HBO while this is going on

We bought an old 505 that was on the last customer's account and they had everything. When it finally stopped working, we were able to register it on our account. It lasted for a year.
