Available channels showing unsubscribed

Hello everyone,
I was curious if anyone noticed channels that are available for viewing, but the guide show as unsubscribed.

I've come across two:
-92: Nat Geo Wild
-393: BC Legislature

Strange, I don't have the issue with City Vancouver and I don't receive Disney XD.

Did anyone of you call Shaw Direct?

Same with 99 and 100. If I called Shaw anytime I experienced something odd, I would spend all my time on the phone.

So you would rather have 2 channels unavailable then to call or chat?

The french specialty networks had a free viewing until January 15th which brought in such channels as the excellent Explora. After January 15th, the station remained watchable so I fugured that my package was encompassing enough to have it in (as it was just added to the guide as part of the free viewing.

Other than that, it would shut down (blacked out) with the end of Shaw's own free viewing which combines with OASIS (excuse me, Love Planet) and a few others.

But it now shows as not subscribed as of January 31st while Shaw's freebee (Love Nature) keeps on playing in teh clear.

What's up with that? Must I call them now?

Hey, thanks so much for that link. I was looking for the official word in freeviews earlier this week and never saw this. I wonder if they intentionnally let Explora run until Feb 1st because too few bit the bullet or otherwise, I'm having technical issues with my xKU LNB!!!

I can get FOX Seattle and Spokane plus the regional game on tsn and snet are not being blocked in HD only the early hours replay is blacked out.

The snet blackouts have been nuts for 2 years on shawdirect, eastlink and rogers someone is asleep at the switch.

Could they have changed the regional restriction rules?
