VOD Problems Recently
Noticed over the past couple of weeks that whenever I tune to VOD that all program entries on the left side of the screen are ghosted and say "Subscription Required". I've used this service many times so I know it should work. Upon phoning I was told their senior techs would investigate and fix (they haven't). Called back again and was told they have a known issue and are working on it but because of the holidays they would be delayed.
Anyone else having an issue?
