NTV should be on 112

Classic customers are being targeted, if you have an email registered.

The "new" CTV channels were rebranded on September 12th across all lineups, as requested by Bell Media.

Believe it or not, I have a friend that does not have an email address. Will he receive a notice via "snail mail"?

Any account without an email address isn't getting migrated at this time - tactics for non-email users is TBD.

How about using the MESSAGES function on the receivers?

As the poster, @waldo617211 , was asking about the new National channel sequence I believe that channel 112 would be the number he is looking for.

@RuralRouter - we are unable to utilize that function at this moment. Some backend upgrades happened, and I'm still waiting for a new tool to be able to issue them. Plus, they're a bit difficult to get approved due to CASL.

Otherwise, we definitely would have used that for network upgrade notifications!

NTV

I can direct dial 112 & it comes in, but I don't have it on my guide as subscribed & I can't program anything to record?
Why is Newfoundland so special when even PEI is available free as are a bunch of Atlantic stations?

Have you tried rebooting your receiver with a long press of the power button or unplugging it. If that doesn't work an online refresh. And if that doesn't work perhaps @k801809 can take a look. Their seems to be some anomalies with the National lineup and as they drop the Std Def channels.

Shaw and NTV are competitors. Global is owned by Shaw. NTV shows Global programs, but is privately owned, so Shaw treats them differently, even simsubbing Global Halifax over NTV's programming in the Maritimes.

Have you sent the national lineup to the other guide services? The following only have the classic and advanced lineups:

NTV isn't special in this regard, you only notice just that one because of your location. All Global stations have extended subbing on them. You'll receive whichever Global station you're closest to by postal code, providing the time zone is the same.

@Dr.Dave - to be honest, I don't have contacts for these companies, but it's on my list to poke around to see what I can dig up. It's been a LONG time since we've launched a new lineup!
