So what are the HD conversions that are scheduled for 2020? The only information for us is to Oct 2019.

The only remaining HD channels left will be CNBC, Fashion a bunch of CTV stations mainly in Atlantic Canada, Windsor CBC and CTV2, Rural and a couple other French and English small market locals. Oh and some of the ethnic, third language channels.

This is my current list of services that will remain SD until 2020:

CBC Fredericton
CBC Windsor
CHAT Medicine Hat
CKRT Riviere-du-Loup
CTV Lethbridge
CTV Moncton
CTV North Bay
CTV Prince Albert
CTV Saint John
CTV Sault Ste. Marie
CTV Sydney
CTV Timmins
CTV Two Windsor
CTV Yorkton

ICI Tele Est du Quebec
ICI Tele Estrie
ICI Tele Ontario
ICI Tele Quebec
ICI Tele Saguenay
TVA Trois-Rivieres
V Abitibi-Temiscamingue
V Riviere-du-Loup
V Trois-Rivieres
Rural Channel

CNBC, I think we're trying to work in this year - if not, it too will be 2020.

These do not have an HD feed, but would become HD if ever available:

A.Side
Book Television
ESPN Classic
Fashion Television
Northern Legislative Assembly
Avis de Recherche (AdR)
Canal Savoir
MTV2

(also the Adult services, with the exception of Playboy TV which will be HD on June 25).

The Ethnic channels are not planned to convert to HD.

I believe technically, they are allowed 2x from the same time zone and 1x for timeshifting as Rogers carries both WTVS and WNED in Ontario and KCTS for timeshifting. Whether Shaw Direct does this remains to be seen.

I remember years ago Shaw Direct would let you swap the FOX feeds as well. For example, you could choose Seattle stations and FOX Spokane or Spokane stations and FOX Seattle. Same was true when Shaw Direct carried FOX Rochester and FOX Detroit.
I have the Small TV package with the Time Shift Spokane bundle and get all 4 PBS Stations.

jcwrmm, I've got the same package as you. I don't like the cost of the Time Shift and, if I louse any more programming with G1 I think I'll have to give up SD.

$8.00. But it allows recording from the west coast when I do multiple recordings during the same time slot.

I switched today to the National Channel Lineup, and I like the way it's arranged. I used the Chat feature and it was fast; about 5 minutes.

I called in. Once I convinced they could switch you over, it was done within 10 minutes.
