New receivers and map status question.
I have just activated a new 630 PVR and and 600 HD receiver. I am getting all of my channels on the 600. On my 630 I noticed I was missing channel 376 - Global Regina. I checked and they have different map status - the 630 has a status of 506-4380 and the 600 has a status of 563-4320. Should they both be the same? I tried an online receiver refresh and the trip count on the 630 did not even go up. Any thoughts as to what might be the issue? Both have downloaded the 9.15 software.

simple call to the call centre should fix this

Had SD do a hit on the receiver and it never changed anything. I was at work and sent them a message on Twitter. They responded that they did and I checked when I got home from work. Trip count had gone up but still no change in the channels. My other receivers all show the proper channels just my 630 is missing 376.

SD Excellent customer service got me all fixed up as of this morning. Proper channel map has now been loaded.
