Where did you read that? Finally a respectable price, if it's true.

I just confirmed with Directv service, they are offering it at 4 payments of $14.99 or one payment of $59.96.... Whether or not Shaw is on board with that I have no clue

Glad to hear that DirecTV is doing that. Now we can push SD to do it as well and have somewhere to point.

I see that bell is offering it with just two payments of just over 24 dollars each. They also mention it will be free from Jan.19th until 31st.

If Shaw does the same will suscribe again.

Let's hope that all the providers in the US and Canada do the same thing so as not to upset the fans.

Just checked GCL: https://gamecenter.nhl.com/nhlgc/sec...CMPID=GCL:vnty

$50 for the season. Usually GCL is cheaper than NHL CI provided by the BDU's, especially since GCL is included in the price. Where did you see the Bell offering? On their site it still says info isnt available (even though they tell you to call and subscribe).

I got it off of here on the Bell Satellite TV, I did have the price wrong though it was $25.24 twice during the season. The fellow posted he had just ordered it, that was at 12.30pm today. He could have been blowing smoke, I sure hope not.

That would have been me that ordered it. Not blowing smoke either. I confirmed with two agents that price of 2 payments of $25.24, total of $50.48. They told me to save the transcript of my chat if there are issues. This is the quote from the agent when asked what the price was, "Sure. It actually costs $50.48 and will be divided in 2 instalments of $25.24."

Awesome, thank you both. Let's hope SD respects their customers as well.

Comcast (owner of NBC) has the rights for Center Ice. They have no ownership in Centre Ice

Shaw Direct can and will charge as much or more than anyone else - and include at no extra charge - Less NHL HD.

So are people actually hoping for $50 for 48 games, after the lockout?
If so, wow! The NHL & NHLPA can keep on abusing their fans for years to come...

I won't be purchasing CI this year for the 1st time in years, no matter the cost.
