I wouldn't be surprised MCI. So they have room for CBCNN and probably have room for their own News channel. I wonder how much more hidden space they have that could be used to offer more HD.

Well they found room for extra TSN channels when they were supposed to be full before the CBCNN.

As far as I understand it won't be BC1 that goes national but channels LIKE it for each region.

I have been watching tv for close to 60 years and BC1 is about the worst news source I have seen, was really happy to see CBC NN HD.

You'll have a better chance of seeing Santa Claus and the Easter bunny.

Triple LNB conversion for G1

Asking price from Shaw is $99 for part and $99 installation. They will wave the installation price if you agree to the price of the part plus taxes.
eBay is asking $50 to $70 just for the part. The tech will check dish alignment and get the mapping switched.

It's also a way for Shaw to cull wild installations. New horn + map means old horn + map will be left behind in the dust.

Perhaps but G1 is where all the new channels seem to be going.

Install took all of 60 seconds. Mapping took 10 minutes with phone traffic even with an installer. Get most of my news from CBCNN so my poor vision is now satisfied with a new 60" Sony and HD on G1. Don't even need glasses.

By the way, I still have the OVP package so I'm happy they didn't hassle me to change.
