Account Time

Hi All,

I live in Newfoundland and Labrador, specifically, the Northern part of Labrador that works on Atlantic time instead of Newfoundland time. However, all our receivers show NT, which can be a little annoying when trying to quickly glance at the guide. When we set-up the account, SD set the time to AT, but it "reset" itself around a week or so later.

Is there any way to get it to stay as Atlantic time? Is it linked to the postal code, or something else? Why does it "reset" itself to NT?

I believe it is linked to postal code. Tech support should be able to fix it, but wait times are currently really long. Try sending an email, clearly explaining the issue, and they should be able to fix it/give you a call.
