mo signal strenth on sub cannels with DSR-421

I have just dug may DSR-421 out of moth balls and added it to my subscription. I did a factory reset on the unit and alighned it. I was getting between 79 to 85 on various channels for signal strenth. When may program guide loaded ,some channels lost all signal strenth(TSN,CMT,History ect.) Does any one know why this happens? This system is all original and use to work a few years ago. I did some reading and it sounds like I need a Vcode change or something, does this make sense?

If you changed your dish since you quit using the receiver, it is likely it has the wtong V-Code. You can call a CSR to set the right one.
