Wind actually offers service in either language. I've used their French language service when I need to do something simple but don't want to wait on hold forever (there's never a line for French operators). Unfortunately my French isn't good enough for anything complicated.
That surprises me a bit given there is no option to view the website in French. Are you saying they have the "press 2 for serivce in French" option on the phone system? Maybe with the Ottawa Launch they need that. However, having a few French speaking CSRs available is a long way from having blingual legal documents, manuals, packaging, advertising, etc. Still I give them credit for trying.
