The timeshifted channels were probably added for the free preview weekend.

Yes unfortunately mine is gone too...I wonder why they would show us a channel that they won't let us buy...it makes no sense.

Bell recently added the Stingray Retro music video channel on 578 and 893. I looked at the SRDU site and there may be 2 more Stingray channels judging by their codes:

891 SPALM - looks like PalmarèsADISQ par Stingray
892 STHTS - looks like Stingray Hits

All three channels should be included in the Good, Better and Best packages. Can someone who has Bell Satellite confirm 891 and 892?

Love the Stingray Retro music video channel on 578 and 893. Brings me back to the dawn of MuchMusic when they actually played Music videos.

Depending on the provider, some of them are available as HD and some of them are available "AFD" (SD, but fit a 16:9 screen)

Channel 584 Audio Issues

Channel 584 on my Bell Satellite system has been having choppy audio for about 5 days now. I originally thought it was my surround system but investigation has shown me that its only one channel and it is across all receivers. I also took one of my receivers to a friends house that has a dish and I get the exact same problem there.

All other channels are OK.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I called support but they have not gotten back to me.

Bell 9242 Sat. Receiver. Channel 505. The local weather forecast overlay on the tens has been missing for the last two days. I still get he message that information is being downloaded and can still press Select to get a forecasts by the day for the next seven days but all I get during the local forecast breaks is the generalized information for various Canadian cities. Is anyone else having the same or a similar problem? Has the Weather Network discontinued the forecast overlays without any warning? (wouldn't surprise me).

Same, here on my 6141 receiver.
You'd probably have more luck complaining to The Weather Network than to Bell. TWN even has an option on their contact us form for a television technical issue.
Bell's had this interactive local forecast overlay going for the past thirteen years; if you want to "remind" a CSR about its existence, tell them to read the archived press release.
