The Comedy Network isn't going anywhere. It is in Canada’s Top 10 Specialty Channels for young adults (both 18-49 and 18-34).

With these channels they are dropping, then hopefully they will have room to add TVO HD.

Spike is a frequently viewed channel in my house. If Bell pulls the plug we'll have no choice but to drop bell.

It won't be any loss here as the last time I watched Spike was when they used to air the deadliest warrior

I don't think I would ever change providers over 1 channel being dropped, well maybe if they dropped Golf Channel.

Spike is a pretty important *core* channel. This is like losing TSN or Comedy.

Never watched it because it wasn't in HD.

Bell is not dropping Spike tv but moving it to pick and pay, so it will cost $4 extra as an addon to the the better or best package.

Question

Not according to my bill. It states Spike & BET are being dropped, while AHC, and couple more are going to P & P. and something as well with the French TVO?

They said the same thing about NHL (its being dropped) but actually moved it to pick n pay, then eventually a few months later, they dropped it because it ceased operations in Canada.

Spike and BET are still in my guide and still up and running. I'm on the old legacy packages and I guess the two channels are in one package or another. Perhaps the changes apply only to GBB or to new customers who want these channels from now on?
