Molson Coors Taps HP for Cloud Hosting Services

Molson Coors Brewing Company will be using HP’s cloud platform for finance and human resources (HR) systems.

The move to HP’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) platform will help the international brewer reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve access to critical information.

Molson Coors added that the switch to a robust cloud hosting environment would make it easier to “expand into new markets more quickly and cost-effectively.”

Gavin Hattersley, CFO of Molson Coors Brewing Company expands: “In the evolving beer market, we look for business solutions that help keep us nimble and flexible, so that we can focus on brewing great beer brands for our consumers. HP’s expertise, along with a scalable, secure solution, delivers the business process services we need to stay competitive.”

Hosting services and infrastructure support will be delivered from HP global centres based in Canada, Costa Rica, India, Poland and the United States.

Molson Coors, which has been using HP infrastructure services since 2005, is one of the world’s largest brewers. It manages more than 65 leading beer brands and operates in 30 countries through its five subsidiaries.
