Internet Radio especially for NPR lovers

NPR_internet_radioNational Public Radio, producer and distributor of non-commercial news, talk, and entertainment radio in the United States, has teamed up with internet radio manufacturer Livio to create a special version of its WiFi-connected radio.

The “NPR Radio” is a customized internet radio with an exclusive menu dedicated to NPR stations and programs and is designed for public radio fans who may be intimidated by the notion of buying an “internet radio”.

Other features include the ability of users to quickly store and access their favorite NPR stations with a convenient “my NPR” button on the front of the device.

In addition to NPR stations and content, listeners can also access more than 16,000 validated Internet radio stations from around the world through the Reciva Internet radio service.

The NPR Radio sells for $200 and comes with remote control, 6′ Ethernet Internet Cable, RCA to 1/8″ Stereo Adapter, AC Power Adapter and user guide.
