Canon announces latest PowerShot and ELPH cameras
Canon Canada today announced three new PowerShot Digital cameras, the PowerShot SX150 IS, ELPH 510 HS and the ELPH 310 HS. Canon also announced the HF-DC2 Flash unit for the PowerShot line-up.
Features of new cameras, which range in price from $280 to $400, include the ability to record high definition video, image stabilization, Smart AUTO with 32 shooting scenes, and High-Speed Burst mode.
Canon announces eight new Vixia Camcorders
Canon Canada has announced eight new Vixia High Definition flash memory camcorders for 2011 which includes Canon’s new flagship model the Vixia HF G10, the high-end VIXIA HF S30, three compact VIXIA HF M-series models and three entry-level VIXIA HF R-series models.
Canon expands its Powershot Digital Camera line-up
Canon Canada this week announced three new point and shot PowerShot cameras – the PowerShot S95, the SD4500 IS and the SX130 IS Digital cameras.
The company says the new cameras promise improved picture quality over their predecessors thanks to Canon’s HS (High Sensitivity) System for improved low-light shooting in the S95 and SD4500 IS cameras, High Definition (HD) video recording, High Dynamic Range (HDR) in the S95 camera and a more intelligent Smart AUTO mode.
Canon HD Camcorder will let you record for a day
Canon has announced the Vixia HF M32 Dual Flash Memory camcorder which will come equipped with 64GB of internal flash memory, twice its predecessor and enough to record up to 24 hours of HD video.
The device gets its dual moniker from the fact that it also includes an SD memory card slot that is fully compatible with latest generation SDXC memory cards. The new SDXC memory card specification increases storage capacity from 32GB up to 2TB and enhances data transfer speeds.
Canon app lets you print wirelessly from your iPhone
Canon has introduced a new iPhone application that enables wireless photo printing from an iPhone or iPod touch to a compatible Canon Pixma wireless printer.
With the free application, iPhone users can take a picture and print it out without plugging in any cables or turning on their computer.
