Creating a "Favourites" list

I created a favourites list one channel at a time - took forever.
Is there a short-cut way where you can select all channels at once and then delete some?

The fastest way to create a Favourites List is to press "Settings" twice, go to "setup", then "Favourite Lists Setup". If you go through and click on the heart icon, you can add or delete a channel with a single click.

One thing that may not be immediately obvious is that that the default sequence is by name and you can change it to number by pressing the <right> button.

Can the default be changed to channel number?

I'm talking about the channel list when you do the favourites setup so presumably this won't be done too often. The favourites in the guide are in numerical order.
