I saw CBC NW HD advertised as exclusive to Rogers. Not sure if thats because of an agreement or not though.

i'd like to see them carry WADL-TV (Independent, Detroit)... it went from being infomercial TV/religionvision to airing all sorts of 1970s and 1980s sitcoms, sort of like WMYD 20 and WKBD 50 in the 1980s... i emailed cogeco and a service rep. said they were looking in to it and hope to get permission to carry it from the CRTC and Adell Broadcasting (owners of the station), but... i won't hold much hope.. the only places that have it on cable are in rural areas of kent and lambton counties...

Surprized to see The Golf Channel HD today. Picture is amazing! Glad Cogeco has picked it up finally. Usually they send you a message but I don't remember seeing anything

I notice The Golf Channel HD here in Georgetown as well. Definitely a step in the right direction. I don't really understand adding Speed TV HD before so many other options - such as CNN, TLC, MSNBC... not to mention getting the NFL network (in any resolution).

Where is Howard Stern on Demand on Cogeco? Why is it that it's limited to just Rogers? This is not right. I have two options where I live, Cogeco Cable and Bell TV. Does anyone else out there think this is not right? Why should we be limited to only receive what our cable operator wants to carry. If it's passed by the CRTC to be carried then it should be made available to all Canadian residents. Cogeco, it's time to wake up and realize that you have to offer what people want. Your On Demand service is garbage with nothing of value offered.
