Has anyone been successful getting 1080p content playing without video studdering / pixelizing. I have tried to encode some of HD content and I can never get it to play. Looks like I will have to leave the main computer by the big screen.
Thanks in advance on any insight on this. |

What format are you transcoding the source to? You should verify that your format is supported by the Linksys (which is what... some sort of media server?).
I'll assume x.264/h.264 in a MKV container as that's the most common for 1080p. If so then, what Format Profile did you encode the file with? L5.1 typically is impossible to decode and playback smoothly (depending on the hardware). L4.1 is best. |
