I recently purchased an outboard DAC that can only process PCM audio signals. I have tried to set up my box for PCM output through an optical cable to the DAC, but have had no luck so far. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you able to try the orange RCA_style coaxial digital audio out jack on the rear of the DCT?

If you hook up an HDMI cable I believe the option comes up for additional HDMI settings in the user Setting screen (power + menu) and there is an LPCM option.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried both optical and coaxial connections to no avail, and have set the menu to L-PCM, but still no signal that works with my DAC.

I'm pretty sure the boxes only output Dolby. The PCM will be via HDMI only, not the coax or optical connections.
