Ikemhla,
You are welcome to consider the following services in North America. http://www.greatplainsaudio.com/ In Oklahoma, and http://www.jobmastermagnets.com/ in Oakville, ON. The American service is well prepared to handle vintage loadspeakers and perhaps even without disassembling the basket from the structure. The Canadian service had not, as of 2008, delt with speaker magnets, although they indicated to me that they were willing to experiment by building a jig to allow a speaker to interface with their magnetizing equipment. In the end, I temporarily solved my problem of having a weak magnet among my home theatre group of 10 speakers by connecting that speaker to a seperate amp and setting the amp volume to compensate. Good luck
