Default Troubleshooting help, loosing HI freq on side during startup

For some reason I am loosing high freq on one speaker for 30 sec-1 min and always resolves itself afterwards.

current setup:
speakers : B&W 804
preamp : Celest 4001 se
amp: Celeste 4070
cd : arcam 62
ATSC tuner : Digital stream 1150

what I noticed :
happenes sometimes on startup, but not all the time
always resolves itself after a min
occurs with the cd, never noticed it from tuner, but can't confirm

hypothesis:

cd, pre-amp or amp ?

any clues ? Thks for helping

I'd start by reseating all the cables. Perhaps there is a tarnish buildup on a cable on the affected side. Most likely a cable rather than the speaker wire itself. As the heat generated by the affected input expands the metal then proper contact is made resulting in the speaker starting to work properly. My guess anyway.
