American Dreams not in HD on NBCW - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

My wife and I started watching this on the NBCWHD in High Definition.
The first five minutes was in HD then it came back from commercial with the CHEM feed in SD. Isn't this against CRTC regulations?

This is a US broadcaster, so CRTC rules would not apply to them.
