I have just subscribed to XM and have it set up using my avr Pioneer VSX818 receiver. I purchased the XM minituner from Futureshop. A problem I have is that the antenna cable can only reach my window by a direct route through my living room. I need therefore an extension cable to be able to run it taking a longer route close to the wall etc. Where can you get such a cable extender compatible with the CNP-2000KC tuner and the CNP-2000HKC dock? Any help appreciated.

You can get them in plent of stores online, 20' and 50' models. I own a 50' one, it's a little big and stiff, but it's definitely an extension. There is also the wireless Delphi repeater as well. Just look online for an XM extension cable!

You can also try aiming the antenna south, right thru the wall of your house.
It works for me. |
