Like Cheech & Chong movies? You'll like Pineapple Express.
A stoner comedy with a twist - extented fight and gun battle sequences. A lot of the action isn't comedic which made the movie weaker IMO.

I dislike stoner movies in general, but still laughed my ace off when watching this flick. Kudos to the Green Goblin guy -- he was hilarious!

That is true. It is probably James Franco's best performance to date. I heard an interview with Seth Rogan and he said that they wanted Franco to play the lead. Franco said that he was tired of playing the straight lead type of roles and would only do the movie if he could play the always baked sidekick.
