Has anyone use a 25feet or longer HDMI cable with the Panasonic pz700 series connected to the Roger HD box?? Just curious...this did not work with the sharp 52 inch so I returned the tv. I want to get the panasonic 58 inches but not sure if this will work. I need at least 25 feet of cables in order to mount the tv on the wall over the fireplace.
thanks |

Lots of people have used 25'+ cables. Make sure you get a good cable with larger gauge (smaller number).
http://www.digitalhome.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=70060 Just don't get sucked into the Mon$ter or other expensive cables sold by some big box stores.

Might wanna try "RapidRun" they come in unfinished ends so you can be precise with the length.
http://rapidrun.com/product_list.asp?dept_id=4109 Comes with a nice looped end so you can pull the wire for installation, then attach the HDMI end. |

I have installed quite a few 25' and greater HDMI runs with no issues whatsoever, make sure you are using a quality cable as suggested by 57. Test your rogers box, some may be sketchy when using DVI for example.
