Microsoft on Monday gave its most detailed look at the next version of Windows, code-named Longhorn, which promises tighter Internet links, greater security and fewer reboots.

I've heard the greater security line before...

I do not know of an immediate solution, but they are really going to have to rethink how virii/worms happen on Windows and rearchitect from there. It isn't going to be easy by any means.
