Hi everyone, I bought an HDTV antenna to receive free over the air HD channels downtown Toronto but it doesnt work well.
I only get one channel (CBC) and it doesnt even come through clearly. The antenna I bought was a cheapy: I'm on the 13th floor of a condo building with no balcony surrounded by otheer highrises. I can see the top of the CN tower from my window, however. Is there anything I can do to get HD channels by antenna???? Do I need a stronger antenna???? Any help is appreciated Last edited by Cyclism; 2008-04-10 at 11:30 AM. Reason: Removed retail link |

I suggest you take the time to read the OTA Knowledge Base & FAQ, here:
http://www.digitalhome.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=41102 As well as the recommended antenna chart, here: http://www.digitalhome.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=37629 And then read through the OTA Reception thread for your area, here: http://www.digitalhome.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=42391 |
