HDMI Problem with Samsung - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

Hi everyone,

I have an HDMI audio dropout problem with my Samsung LCD LNT 4042H. I originally thought that it was my cable box, but now i realize that it's my TV after hooking up my Xbox 360 through HDMI. What happens is the screen momentarily flickers and the sound is gone. Now with the cable I just turn off the box and turn it back on and it's fixed. I can't really do that with the xbox if I'm in the middle of a game, especially on-line where it's frowned upon to just leave a game. I solved the xbox problem by unplugging the cable and then plugging it back in.
All this to say, does anyone have a samsung LCD that has this problem with the HDMI?
