Connecting Digi Cam and Projector in separate rooms

I'm trying to connect a digi cam and a projector over a distance of about 100 feet - I have the cam in the main conference room, and the projector in a secondary room should the conference room fill up -. I'm wondering if I connect two 50 feet cables (RCA, S-Video, or component), and connect them directly, how much will the picture quality degrade. ie. 1=really crappy don't even bother, 5=not great only as good as an old VHS tape, 10=near DVD quality

Or if that's not possible, any suggestions without having to use computers, and being economical.
