Default Natasha...girl with x-ray eyes

Anyone heard or seen the docu on this girl before? I only just saw it now on discovery civilization. I think there is something in what she does, and to think she has been doing it for 6yrs and helped a lot of people along the way, and not making loads of money out of it, is pretty impressive.

The test in new york was all out to get her from the get go, and you can see that.

Why go to New York for a diagnosis when you can put your hands on the TV and "get healed".

I clicked on the site you provided and all I get is a blurb about this Russian psychic called Natasha. Is there supposed to be a video clip that goes with this that shows the tests that she took?
Thanks:
Max

The vid link is busted but I'm familiar with this case...

Out to get her? Nah, I think they were trying to introduce stringent controls on the experiment to limit the possibility of fraud. Any person making claims such as this needs to be vigorously tested and examined; they are often making medical diagnoses that could potentially harm people.

Here's an article by CSICOP, the ones involved in testing her claims:

http://www.csicop.org/specialarticles/natasha.html

"Our task was not to prove that Natasha does not have X-ray vision. Rather, Natasha and her supporters had the responsibility to show us that she could perform well enough to deserve further scientific investigation. This they failed to do."

Wow, that's a lot of stuff to wade through! I think the skeptic and former magician "the Amazing Randi" ( a Canadian by the way) should look into this. A few years ago he exposed how a prominent faith healer employed a female accomplice by using an fm transmitter, relayed information to this fraudster through an earpiece. He also exposed how a world famous Israeli magician who "bent spoons using only his mind" fooled the public for years.

One and the same. Geller is somewhat unhappy about it...
