I read the Crossroad Televison System is going to be launching "CTS Calgary" on Monday October 8th,2007 and it will be on Channel 32 in Calgary and from what I can tell it is going to be on Cable Channel 51 on Shaw Cable which mean Much Music will be moving but I can tell where yet. here is the link I read it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CKCS-TV CKCS-TV is a newly-licensed television station in Calgary, Alberta, Canada which will broadcast on channel 32. It is expected to use CTS Calgary as its on-air brand. Licensed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission on June 8, 2007, the station will be owned by Crossroads Christian Communications and will broadcast a religious programming format as part of the Crossroads Television System. CTS Calgary (CKCS-TV) will launch on Monday, October 8, 2007 When CTS Calgary launches, it will be placed on cable 51. http://www.ctstv.com/ (Crossroads Television System) |

it kind of sucks that CTS Calgary and Edmonton is not Available to All Albertans because I really want to see this channel on Shaw here in Medicine Hat but yet again Shaw decide to keep these Channels in Calgary and Edmonton. I wish that Shaw would get there act together and bring CTS Calgary to Residents of Southern Alberta and CTS Edmonton to Residents of Central and Northern Alberta to me it makes sense but Shaw decide to keep both Channels in Calgary and Edmonton. I thought CTS Calgary and CTS Edmonton was going to be for "Albertans" and not just Calgary and Edmonton and on Basic Cable Lineups. it Pisses me off that Shaw is not doing the right thing for the Christians of Alberta that want to see this channel in there communities. I am a Christian and I am Disgusied with Shaw not being bringing this Channel to My Community as alot of the Christians here really want to see this channel.. Does anyone think that CTS Calgary be available to Southern Albertans anytime soon..

Why don't you Write to CTS and ask them to Build a Transmitter in Medicine Hat? Then Shaw would Have to carry CTS for You.

Out of sheer curiosity, does any station have a transmitter around Red Deer or Lacombe, with 2 lobes (north and south)? That might get a signal to Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer with only one tower.
