You can set the remotes to have separate addresses so they will not interfere with each other.

I've got two also. I have both hooked up to the main set and backfeed into the whole house system. I've got one modulated to channel 75 and the other on 85. The modulated signal is combined behind the tva nd one coax run back into the wall outlet that allows me to backfeed it at the house distribution.
Works great. Two UHF remotes upstairs for 2 other tvs and two IR remotes downstairs I don't run dual mode, I run single mode on each reciever |

Be sure to run lots of RG6 wiring before the drywall goes on.

I would run 3 rg6 lines to each 9200 location (2 for the 9200 satellite feed, and the other to backfeed, or antenna, or cable, etc...)
if you are ambitious, run your speaker wire too, or even more ambitious, check out the Home Automation forum, and really do some wiring If the builder will let you do it, I think it is well worth the investment to run as much wiring as possible, just in case... |

You raise a very valid point about the 3 RG6 lines to each potential 9200 location to account for the back-feed but if there are already 2 cables existing you could Diplex the back-feed into the feed cable.
Just wanted to mention this option. |

I use diplexers. They work well and cost about $5-$10 each.

A diplexer looks like a 2 way splitter
What it does, is combine the satellite signal going one way, and the TV output signal from the 9200, going the other way, on a single piece of cable IE : Behind the 9200, you would have a diplexer connected to the cable from your wallplate for example Then, on the 2 open legs, one would say "SAT" to use a cable to connect to the Satellite input, and the other would say "UHF" (I think) and this would hook up to the OUT TO TV of the 9200 Then, down in your basement, or hydro panel, or wherever your distribution system is, you would have another diplexer, to now separate the 2 signals The single cable would go into the diplexer, and then you would connect the line from your LNB/multi switch to the "SAT" and then hook up the "UHF" to a spitter to feed the rest of the house (or a single TV if thats all you want) I hope I havent made this too complicated Simple way , combine, then seperate 2 signals on a single line, with the signals travelling opposite directions |

I just got finished doing all that. I built a new home and had company do all my structure cabling, security system and surround sound system.
4 Quad sheilded RG6 from outisde location for dish to central area in basement. From there they ran 3 rg6 to great room and 2 master bedroom. 3 to great room, two feed my 9200 and then one to back feed to central area in basement. I then feed it to RG6 to 2nd bedroom and my office. 2 other RG6 went to master bedroom for my 5200. I also had them do all my rj45 from my newly constructed equipment room. 2 to office, 2 to kitchen and 2 to 2nd bedroom. I have my server and all my router/modem/wireless/telco all in the equipment room with the security system and distribution panel. here's a pic of the equipment area before/during, I enclosed it into a 5 by 5 room. http://wragg.servebeer.com/EquipRoom.Jpg http://wragg.servebeer.com/EquipRoom1.Jpg |

With Dishpro equipment and diplexers, you can replace 3 RG6s with a single RG6 to feed all 3 tuners on a 9200. You can also feed the 2 sat tuners and back feed the RF out from the 9200 with a single RG6.
