I'm just getting started too. I only have 7 so far, all in HD DVD.

- Planet Earth - The Complete BBC Series
- Digital Video Essentials HD
- V for Vendetta
- Batman Begins
- The Thing
- Happy Feet
- King Kong

Having the Canadian $ so close the the US $ makes amazon.com REALLY attractive.

Cheers.

It was there for the previous 3 polls but the poll option now has a limit of 24 so I had to let one go.

Greetings

I'm at 120 HD and 85 Blu now ...

But hopefully Zip services will reduce that a bit. No more junk titles ... or so I keep telling myself.

regards

Terminator 3
Last Samurai

Pitch Black
Chrinicles of Riddick
The Worlds Fastest Indian

36 in total.... I can't recall the other titles.

How many people are buying HD titles only because the PQ is amazing, ignoring the fact that the movie itself was pretty horrendous? I've seen some titles that I would not waste $5 on. But I guess that's all subjective eh?

Cheers.

Exactly shabbs!!!
PQ & AQ is amazing to say the least!
Take Fast & Furious or Poseidon for example, they are what they are, entertainment...but hear the Dolby True HD or DD+ tracks on them... the LFE alone will knock you out!! Hence, the purchases.
There have been a few titles ie. Lady in the Water or Fast & Furious TD that I probably should have just rented the HD DVD version of the movie.
As soon as my local video store starts to carry HD DVD movies for rent I certainly will reduce the number of purchases, especially of certain titles.
