Default Channels not showing up in guide

When I look thru the entire Bell channel lineup, there are a few that have the asterisk * beside them, that say "hardware upgrade required".

Specifically, 578 PunchMuch.
I used to have this channel (maybe it was a free preview, I dont know).
When v149 came out, I lost the channel. It does not even appear in the guide under "All Channels".

Obviously, as you all know, when you click onto a channel you havent subscribed to, you get the message pop up "you havent subscribed to this channel. Call us to get ripped off"

But the whole channel doesnt even appear.
What does this "hardware upgrade required" mean?
(btw, this is the lineup I'm referring to:

I have a 9200, purchased in Jan07, v149

"hardware upgrade required"
Just refers to the fact that the channel is at 82 degree's and to receive it you require the second LNBF. Which you alreadt have if you are watching HD on the 9200.

Correct. So then why do they not show up in my guide?
As I said, I had a couple of the channels before, and want to know if I still have them, or if it was a preview of some kind.
So if I have the correct dish/receiver...... Not that I expect any kind of logic to apply here.

The channel you are reffering to was, as you mentionned offered in a free preview.

If the channel is not showing up in your guide just go to bell.ca/missingchannels and it will tell you the procedure to reset your programming. This should bring all missing channels (whether just from guide, or from programming back)

You can also call us and ask to reset your programming

If you are not subscribed to some channel (to be exact, if your card does not have proper rights), it may or may not appear in your guide. It depends how they market it - if they want a "teaser", you'll see the channel in red - to watch it, you need to subscribe (or update your programming, as agent said, if you already subscribed).

Agent said to do a reset of the programming...not to update! But if he wants to update it i'll be more than happy to serve him!

Yep, sorry - reset (re-hit) is the right word here. Update would work as well, but that not what I meant

Thank you all.
I have done the program reset, we'll see in the next 2 hours if it shows up.

Thanks again.
