Does anyone know how to check Rogers Home Phone Voicemail from another phone? Can't find the answer anywhere.

...or just call your own number and hit 9 while your message is playing.

The other option is, of course, to just call your home number, and press "9" when the voice mail prompt comes on, then enter your voice mail PIN.
